Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification directly to your registered email or phone number when your order has shipped.
We understand the excitement of receiving your Pure Eva botanical cleanser, and we work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Every bottle is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
Shipping Across India
We deliver pan-India using trusted courier partners.
• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free on all prepaid orders. • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for an additional handling charge of ₹50.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, with metropolitan areas generally receiving orders faster than remote locations.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. If you reside outside of India and wish to experience our botanical skincare, please contact us directly at pureeva25@gmail.com and we can explore custom shipping arrangements.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to track your package's journey through our courier partner's portal.
